Located in the secluded and private area called Little Harbor, Seaclusion Villa is surrounded by natural vegetation and wonderful flowering plants.
This villa sits seaside with spectacular views of St. Martin.
The large veranda and adjoining pool provide stunning views and a special, private place for sunning, swimming and dining. The veranda is also equipped with a gas grill. Steps off the veranda take you directly down to the sea, for swimming and snorkeling.
Sliding glass doors off the living room and kitchen allow for constant breezes -- and keep the wonderful views with you all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and gadgets to make at home dining, easy and enjoyable.
All three bedrooms are uniquely decorated, airy and designed for comfort. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite. Two additional bedrooms can be configured with a king size or two twins. Both have en-suites. Louvered doors from the bedroom provide easy access to the veranda-- overlooking St. Martin. The bathrooms all have open glass block showers, beautiful tile work and maple vanities.
