Beautiful Villa Gardenia is perched on the breezy and cool hilltop of Sandy Hill Bay at
Sea Feathers Bay. You will find an oasis of tranquility in this spacious villa completed in 2005.
You can truly enjoy nature from the sound of the waves crashing
to the singing of birds to being surrounded by the lush local flora
that is complemented by beautiful flowers: colorful bougainvillas,
fragrant gardenias jasmine and various lilies.
Overlooking the blue Caribbean, Villa Gardenia sits on 0.65 acres and consists of two villas 40ft apart, connected by a patio and a 56x14 ft lap swimming pool. All of its four bedrooms and the apartment have gorgeous views of the shimmering sea, St Marteen/Martin, St Eustasius
and Anguilla itself. This is a great location to watch and enjoy the boat races.
Large windows and glass doors in all the rooms open into the spacious patio. A comfortable place with four areas of covered and uncovered verandas, lounge chairs and three dining sets. The spread out ground floor is the best place for private and quiet relaxation, reading and
lounging and when you are ready, to enjoy family and friends. There is a local charcoal grill that can accommodate large groups.
On the top floor each villa has a master bedroom en-suite with a king size bed and its own private balcony.
The main villa houses the living,dining, kitchen areas and a guest bathroom. The other villa has the two guest bedrooms en-suite with twin beds convertible to king. Each bedroom has a separate entrance. The apartment is in the lower level. It has three twin beds, two convertible to king, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. At dusk you can enjoy the most magnificent burst of colors from the fiery orange to the 'green flash of light'.
The southern orientation of the villa takes advantage of the north-easterly winds with a cooling breeze day and night for your comfort. The villa is a short
drive to the beach.
Villa Gardenia is located in the residential quiet east end of the
island. It is approximately 10 min from Airport, 20 min from the ferry at Blowing Point. You are a short drive away from the grocery stores, the beautiful beaches and the wonderful restaurants.
Maid service, cable TV, DVD, high speed internet with wireless access are available for your comfort and enjoyment.
